What to do when there is a maintenance problem?
Generally maintenance staff are on-site Monday to Friday. Please contact the office who will arrange assistance.
How do I register for a room?
Contact one of our friendly staff on (03) 343 0877 or 027 527 5024 during office hours, or complete the online survey here.
Can I have a guest?
Guests are welcome to visit before 8pm.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
There are designated smoking areas outside. There is a strictly no smoking at any time inside the building.
