Communal areas
--All communal areas are cleaned daily .We have 3 lounges with sky TV and a
table tennis table located in block one.
-each floor has a kitchen, a toilet block and a shower block, all of which
are cleaned daily.

Laundry
There are 2 laundries located in each block containing coin operated washing
machines and dryers. There are also clothes lines situated near each block.

Off street parking
-Off street parking is provided within the complex grounds.
