-All rooms contain a single inner sprung bed,basin with hot and cold running water,desk, chair,double wardrobe,drawers,fridge,and tv connection.
-All rooms are centrally heated in winter.
-Shower and toilet blocks cleaned daily on each floor.
-Kitchens containing ovens fridge freezers,jugs ,toaster and microwaves, on each floor.

Ensuite rooms
-All rooms contain single beds,desk,chair,and fridge
-Ensuite bathroom with shower toilet and vanity unit.
-All rooms centrally heated.
-34 lock up garages or sheds are available

Tariff
- Share facility rooms $140.00 pw includes power
Ensuite rooms arranged $180-$190 per week includes power
-Garages $25.00 pw
-Sheds $15.00 pw
-A $300.00 bond is required to be paid on moving in
The minimum a stay is 5 weeks. There is no time limit
-We are happy to show prospective tenants around between Monday to Saturday
